To eliminate the need to remember long and complicated passwords, the encryp2disk is supplied with two Secure Keys, which contain and protect the encrypted password required to access the drive and its contents. Without the use of the correct Secure Key both the encryp2disk hard drive and its data are invisible to the Operating System, even if the hard drive is removed from the encryp2disk enclosure and installed in another PC or enclosure, ensuring that only the authorised user can view the confidential data.
